It's not my map and I don't have the source file for it so don't expect me to update it. Just use the light tool and save the whole map with them with one of the duplicators (ideally Adv Dupe 2). Or, if you persist them through the context menu, they should stay on the map across reloads, but I'm not sure whether it'll work on lights aswell as it does on props.

Other cathegory. Freespace maps aren't labeled as gm_ and I didn't intend to change that, so they won't appear under Sandbox. If you want them on a better place, use the favorite function
