This is for Garry's Mod. What it does is replace the default concrete footstep sound effect with the rebel one from Half-Life 2: Deathmatch.

@Vector Since this is such an old and relatively insignificant addon, there is no video and no video will ever be made for this. I no longer support this addon or play Garry's Mod often. If it breaks, it's broke for good.

NPC Footsteps? That's too broad. Are you referring to footsteps for the NPCs or new footsteps from the NPCs for the player, because if you are referring to the latter I already have Combine footstep sounds.
