Blood stained on hands looks a little cartoony, not sure how to place it but I think it looks too bright compared to vanilla and doesn't cover enough. Sharp weapons lack their slicing impact with the new sounds, not sure what it is but zombies just seem to flop over without the satisfying slice sound with the machete. Head pop sound sounds a little weird in my opinion. Other than that, sounds are good and pretty meaty with the blunt melee weapon impacts. Also, not sure what it is, but this mod bugged the reflections on some of Mage's viewmodel replacements, might be the new textures.

And in this case the blood on the hands only stays light and not completely dense.

Not sure if it's normal or intentional compared to the video and images. Since I'm so used to seeing hands covered in blood completely.
