Before leading the map enable cheats.
"sv_cheats 1"
Then start the map from the console.

This should be enough to fix rng issues

ok, for some maps, you start the campaign with console, then once game starts reload the first map again using the console. This fixes it and will make it work for the rest of your session (only have to reload the first map)

The problem is that the chainsaw spawns in as the blood covered STIHL skin every single time.

There will be blood in the chainsaw if zombies have been gibed during the level (blown up with pipe bomb, gas bottle or even killed with the M60 or Deagle while standing close enough to get blood splash on you)

why does it only show a blood covered stihl chainsaw?

Not a lot of chainsaw skins. First RNG one I know of. Very good work, especially since it contains real life brands. Gets my fav button.
