tbh, it'd be lovely if someone made a version of this for HL2, not just the HEV suit being purple, I'm meaning this exact suit.

I'm sorry to break it to you but HL2 doesn't have a steam workshop and uses a completely different HEV suit model/textures, that probably won't happen

update: i was in the wrong program files but now i cant find the file i even put 362890 in the search bar but it says nothing. ive already subscribed and have a custom folder

Basically I did this a while ago and I don't remember how the hell I managed to pull it off this cleanly. Good luck to you for making one yourself but be prepared for headaches.

Oh god it was a mess of figuring out how to use GCFscape and VTFedit and being EXTREMELY CAREFUL not to change the file sizes and resolutions between converting the textures to .png, hue shifting them, adding the stars, and then converting them BACK to .vtf and packing them into a .vpk


It was really confusing. I don't even have photoshop.
