At least call it Zero Cost for Installed Implants.
The colonist costs increases due to implants were way unbalanced against the player to begin with. In many cases there should not be a difficulty increase just due to the implant.
If I could go with a quarter cost instead, that would be cool- but I would gladly take zero cost over vanilla.
It should be compatible with all mods.
