What's the chances of seeing this ported to TWWHIII? I've seriously been looking for this kind of mod! Hoping it works still on WHII.

honestly, I always thought it would be really cool if zombies had a "life steal" mechanic. That way its like they are turning people into zombies as they are attacking them. It would be like they could consume low tier troops, eventually lose out to but devestate mid tier troops, and only elite troops could face zombies 1 v 1 no problem.

Yes.
Juroguy Johnson 22 Jul, 2021 @ 10:10pm
So the overall hp doubles?
piercebuster  [author] 22 Jul, 2021 @ 6:57am
No, every model has its normal HP.
Juroguy Johnson 22 Jul, 2021 @ 4:06am
Ah so every model has half its usual hp then? good to know.

"Updated" for Silence & Fury update. No changes.

Same HP.

Does this mod increase their overall health? or is it double the unit models with the same hp?

Thank you for this mod, this opened up a zombie campaign I've been looking forward to enjoy!

haha this sounds awesome!
I've now got it in my head of trying out my mod making skills by having all the rouge armys as full stack zombie hordes :D Maybe replace Chaos with a 30 stack zombie army! mwhaha!

Honestly, the point of this mod isn't balance; it's for the experience. I didn't entirely disregard balance (hence why the recruitment cost was increased) but that's not the point of it.

The autoresolver is only lightly affected. It shouldn't have a big impact past your own battles. The AI rules still treat zombies as an undesirable bottom-tier unit that it wants to replace with other units if it can afford them.

If you're looking for a mod that improves the base game's balance (basically fixing CA's work), here's one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2331838019
If you're looking for a mod that lets you fight back against the undead swarm - or overwhelm the foolish heroic forces in your way - you're already here.
Arvay6 26 Feb, 2021 @ 7:16pm
Hmm, is this balanced for vanilla and how much does it skew the autoresolve?
piercebuster  [author] 26 Feb, 2021 @ 7:53am
Yes, but it wasn't designed for it.
TobasscoJelly 26 Feb, 2021 @ 5:14am
This sounds awesome.
Sorry for the classic question - SFO Compatible?

Thanks for all your work.

Tried this today while testing a bombardment ability (self-nuking Flagellants) and absolutely love it. Definitely a part of my mandatory mod list now.

Yes. Add or remove anytime.
