Open the better champion bosses folder and open "main.lua" in notepad. Select Edit > Go To... and go to line 597.
There should be two lines there starting with "mod:AddCallback". Add two dashes in front of each line. This should disable pin.
@(ㅇㅅㅇ” ) Double check your mods. If any of them change Pin's skin, it will make him invisible.
Pin looks perfectly fine on my end.
Also make sure you have no other mods that alter Pin's textures.
Might have something to do with the other mods I have installed, but I'm too lazy to check, lol.
