The reworked card for the Dark Ones should work in theory, no idea why Is not working for you.

But from what I'm reading I guess that you are probably talking about the global recruitment duration bonuses of said buildings.
It should be doable but the thing Is that I have no clue about which table Is responsible for adding the units to that specific effect.
If you know about any other mod that adds custom units to Nakai's portal effect or mods that adds any custom units to any other building's global recruitment effect please do tell.
That would help greatly.

I Didn't know at all that game could even load unit's cards larger than 60x130 (aside from infopics).
Yes, It's doable but I'll need to make a new specific version of this mod to avoid compatibility issues.

Regarding salamanders and razordons if they do have melee animations It should be possible (at least in theory) to force them to not use ranged attacks and go full melee.
I always thought it was a shame Games Workshop never gave the lizardmen a komodo dragon-like creature.

Leaving them riderless like Terradons Is not even an option since they would pretty much look like these Horned Ones https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1217253325 which are just riderless and thus nothing I would comfortably label as "feral".
The thing Is that unfortunately, unlike Terradons, they DO have saddles and there Is no way to get rid of them in the variantmesh files.
Maybe there Is a way (but I'm not entirely sure if this works with saddles too) following the work of this particular mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1862690157 who managed to get rid of the Feral Dread Saurian accessories.
Sadly, since I currently don't have access to the The Hunter and the Beast DLC, I can't see the differences between the Normal Dread Saurian and the modded one.
But even so Is not granted that I would manage to replicate the results nor that all of this actually do affects saddles at all.
Do you think you could add a feral version of the Dark Elves cold ones?
This mod will keep the attribute Rampage for the time being!
Since I don't see any numbers attached to this attribute I think that It should be removed with the next update.
It sucks to lose an attribute but It sucks more to have a dull white square!
It could be connected to some rarely used attributes like Mighty Knockback and such.
Honestly, I don't know why CA didn't give them a proper Icon.
Following that logic my units should not be part of said rite because I did not manually assign them to It.
I guess that I could try to include them in the next update, IF I do find more informations on rite tables and how they behave.
They are minor changes so they should be welcomed without any particular disagreements.
Switching rampage to primal instincts (a stronger version of rampage) It's another story.
Since I'm really unsure about this change I would like to hear your opinion about it!

I don't even care that they still have mount garments. I just wanted a ''wild version'' without riders.

Now, since they do not have saddles, they would not look as bad as Horned Ones without a rider that's for sure.
While I do think that getting rid of their riders will be rather easy, their gold collars are another story.
Well...let's just say that "Ferals" with gold collars don't seem very Feral to me
Anyhow, since Terradons are pretty much the only ones left to cover aside from Feral Dread Saurian (which sadly I can't cover for now since I don't have The Hunter and the Beast DLC yet), I might just give them a try and see If the results are acceptable!
