You need both this mod and its TWO requirement. Not only this and SFO. This mod is only a patch making these 2 mods more compatibles.

Archaon confirmed that it works. But it only work with latest version of SFO, as will all unit mods once they update.
Unsub-resub to make sure the update downloaded if you are on new sfo and it crash.
Your old SFO mods will get updated soon too probably, better make back ups right away just in case.
I am about to leave, but yeah I can guide you through RPFM later.
My updated patch refer to the new SFO, so it cannot find them in old SFO.
I didn't really keep any, don't want to maintain 2 versions of all my patches since I am not playing the game at all right now.
Do you know how to use RPFM? It is simple to use. Simply deleting the land_units_to_unit_abilites_junctions_tables folder SHOULD make it work with the old SFO. Will also need to remove the dependency I guess, right click on the mod name's in RPFM, open, dependency, remove the line about SFO.
This will remove some of the compatibility stuff, but it should work with the old sfo.
I cannot speak on how it works with OvN, maybe certain load order can make it works, but I don't know or support it.
If you used it before, make sure it is properly updated (unsub resub), that SFO also is (if you launch it alone, the Grimhammer banner says The Last Kiss). I assume that the base mod + sfo work fine on your ends, it just crash when enabling the SFO patch? Let's try using an unmodified load order for the sake of it.
I cannot really help outside of throwing various test for you to do. It works on my end and RPFM find no errors. So I can't really try anything.
Might be a few things I'll need you to test because mine is loading fine.
One is that steam do not always download mods when they update.
SFO just had a big update, need to make sure that you are on The Last Kiss update and that this mod was also updated if you were already subbed to it. Resubbing to both garantee it.
This version is not for OVN, just in case.
Are you using the "Expanded Roster - Chaos Dwarfs" mod? It is also required, not just SFO.

Well that armor is supposed to be bolted on them or something iirc, so these siege giants are lucky xD.
Do tell if something appear wrong with the artillery units, Didn't test much and models/animations changed for a few them a while ago

I manage to run SFO fine, and OVN lost factions fine. Can even run chaos dwarfs (ER) fine... but when I try this for balanced dwarf... it doesn't load.
Somebody else is taking care of the OvN stuff I think, he told me he's doing the dwarf patch right now.

I really doubt that a patch which tweaks unit stats is the mods that cause you long load time.
There is a bug when playing with the Mod in campaign after some turns the game loads for a long time (Long loads ...) when you start a battle.

They have 3 legendary lords which can be recruited in the same tab as Kholek and co. And they have generic lords in the other tabs.
Those lords have special bonuses which apply to the chaos dwarf roster, so they make good themed armies.
