Both maps have AI nodes as of the 1.3 update.
gm_tf2grocery will receive a similar update in the near future.
The good news is that the method I mentioned before works, even if the reflections appear "glitched" in the SFM. If that's not too much of a problem (or disabling them completely using mat_specular 0 in console), then I'd say you'll be good.
If you're in a hurry or I can't fix the aforementioned issue, use the method specified in the description above. You'll need to manually update SFM (check the community guides for that), but after that the GMod versions should probably maybe hopefully work.
