Not really vanilla levels of upkeep, but closer than the main Overhaul

'Overview - Official Radious Submod which increases the upkeep of all units for player and ai on all difficulties by 80% for players who dislike the decreased upkeep part of radious mods!'

So meaning the default upkeep costs of the vanilla game? I'm unsure just asking, because that would be very awesome :D
