@united states.exe, There was a case when Valve stopped the development of modifications for TF2, because. they are based on stolen source codes. Perhaps the situation is the same here. But I don't know for sure. I'm just guessing.

@united states.exe, I am not the author of mod half life absolute zero. But I heard that the author of the mod removed it from Steam and stopped development.
However, it seems you can download it from moddb

Yes, I know that in the beta versions of Half-Life, Gordon is blond. But you read the name of the addon, it says "Half-life Absolute Zero", i.e. Gordon from this mod. And he's not blonde there.
