If Zaskar decided that those stats were good enough I'm okay with that, even if it's not balanced.
Plus, as I already said a few comments below I'm done with Warhammer 2, so not sure why you are asking for balance changes in the first place.

As always: feel free to make any kind of submods for any of my mods.
Consequentially the mod who Is higher in the mod manager loader wins the conflict and overwrites the other mod warhorse models.
I "fixed" this by creating a Sigmar's Heirs submod that changes Zaskar Knights of Morr Warhorses with Xoudad Knights of Morr Warhorses.

Then only testing can tell If It's fixable or not.
Yup it's Sigmar's Heirs and yeah I use Dryrain reskin. So there's nothing we can do to that end? It's actually fine since it still looks good even the horse is somewhat different.
It would be tedious to update It every time GGG needs to do multiple balance updates, but nothing extremely tiresome/hard to do.
Regarding the Xoudad's horse conflict, I guess you are talking about his Sigmar's Heirs mod?
If yes, are you using the Hooveric reskin? It could be that.
btw the horses seems to conflict with Xoudad's Morr's units they both now have the same horse. Sorry idk anything about unit creations :<
I think that I'll wait for his next update and then decide what to do!
Unlike GGG's Knights of Morr Halberdiers (which are only available through a special building) and GGG's Knights of Morr ( which are a ROR regiment), Zaskar's units are available from the normal imperial Barracks and Stables!
I might still do a submod to fix the custom battle problem and maybe change the recruitment location to integrate better these unit with GGG's mod, but I'm kinda unsure about how to deal with GGG's Knights of Morr units.
Now they are completely silent!

Not sure about the Elector Count Of Sylvania mod but It's nothing that a submod can't resolve!
