I try to create some effects on this one - If I succeed I'll paste the configs here so you can adopt them if you want to ;)
I've fix the illumination map.
ill have to try to use the those mods to add effects never done it before.
Also you could add more actual lights using the Vehicle Effects Mod in combination with Custom Effects Loader :)
