Welcome Rob. :)

have played this one out of order as it did not show in the route folder but did enjoy the run even if the braking was slow and frustrating but got there and completed the run thank you

That's why I didn't use this loco much but wanted to at least once. :)

Had some problem with the brakes but nothing serious.. just the brakes took a bit of time to apply.. another short and sweet scenario.. thanks RB!!! :steamhappy:

Great work, nice to get off main line and explore, love this line and your series.

Thanks Rammy, I was messing with the loco brake on the GP7 in the Haysi scenarios, seemed to help.

That was not Easy Those Brakes i Really Struggled with Them should have read the comments first . Got there in the end. Thanks.

Yes the brakes are tough but I wanted to make at least one scenario with this loco then all of them have been used once. :)

Thanks RB, not one of your easiest scenarios, but I completed it ok. Did a little cheating once to get it stopped in time by hitting the reverser and applying power. Probably not good for the loco.

Cheers, Warren.

It works on most locos not all... :) ...apply and the brake should lock in at 24%, then reduce it and it should lock in at 17%...

Thanks for the 17% brake suggestion. I'll keep it in the back of my head if I encounter this problem in the future.

I think I know why this loco is not used in any of the career scenarios. at least I don't think I saw it in the list.

Thanks munk and Bruce, this train you need to brake early and/or just leave the brake at 17% and never shut it off and when the amps are up you should be able to throttle up the loco.

I share Bruce Rail Fans comments about the brakes, but the scenario was a good one. As expected.

Thanks for sharing this scenario. This was a tough one for me. For some reason the train brake barely worked for me. Had to use the loco brake. Made it through but took an hour.
