currently im testing the same pattern on ak47,m4a4,m4a1-s,negev,m249,xm1014,etc
and unfortunatly,it doesnt look good on short guns(like ump-45),it just looks good on rifles,shotguns,and machineguns

dear,the brightness is not the problem,atm im trying to find a way to test it ingame,and ill add some scrnshots,just im waiting for my friend who is a skin maker to come online ;)

Not bad, I'm a sucker for dark weapons, maybe because they are slightly more believable. Maybe it is just the preview, but the pattern is a little hard to see, you should try making it a bit of a brighter grey maybe.
