@uncle ron I'm having trouble with the roundabouts and traffic, how should I set up TMPE for them??

There are lots of trees! Use Play It and adjust the game speed to boost FPS

I normally have 50-60 fps, on this map I have 20.

Didn't expect to find a map based on Murder Village, my nickname for Midsomer Murders

I have to say, this is truly one of the best maps on workshop!

Huge upvote for this great piece of work, Uncle Ron. Easily the best UK map I've seen. I was looking forward to having time to get started on this since I saw it reviewed by BonBonB, and now that I've finally got around it it, it hasn't disappointed. I spent a lot of the last couple of years getting very used to the southern portion of Oxfordshire doing supply teaching while my DPhil funding had run out, and now I finally have the chance to recreate all my least favourite places on Earth. Why have Wallingford or Thame when you can recreate beautiful Carterton, or "Chodesbury" as I've called it on my map? The wonderful, totally real-life Oxfordshire parishes of Fidlington and Cnutington are next on my hitlist as I try to squeeze all the beauty and joy from your wonderful rural idyll.

Hey, could it be because of the wrong colour settings? Maybe it just looks THAT different in Vanilla lighting?

I'd recommend removing all mods downloaded in the collection except those listed as essential requirements. Then load and see if that fixes it. Someone below had a conflict between Hide It and No Radioactive Desert.

I just can't get it to load correctly. I have theme mix 2 mod, Midsomer theme mix, all enabled... It just looks very weird

i had a conflict with the mod "no radioactive desert".
Everything has to be off at this mod.
Now everything is fine :)

Also download the themes required for the theme mix, see the theme mix for the required items
uncle ron  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2021 kl. 9:22
Thanks. Please make sure you have enabled theme mixer 2 in the content manager, then select the Midsomer theme mix.

Awesome map :) But everything is simple green, the fields/decals are missing. Something i forgot to download?
stevensdomi 8. apr. 2021 kl. 3:23
I can imagine, it take me months to create a map but its not so detailed as yours.
Amazing job.
uncle ron  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2021 kl. 9:27
Hi @stevensdomi it took me 2 month to set out the fields and paint them with resources
stevensdomi 7. apr. 2021 kl. 7:38
omg how many hours did you spend making all these farm tiles
uncle ron  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2021 kl. 3:18
Yes. The river Thames flows from the western edge of the map.
Louis04472 7. apr. 2021 kl. 3:10
Is the river Thames in the map @uncle ron

Very good work with the theme mix to get the farmfield look.
A lot of detailing and patience to execute it.
So many little places to go and see. Pretty nice.
Really good work. Stunning map.
uncle ron  [ophavsmand] 5. apr. 2021 kl. 7:22
Thank you! I lost count of the fields, but I believe there are approx 2500 of them. In terms of the farmland patterns, all credit to the theme creators.

wow! huge puzzle
I love the texture of your farm!
