Port this for ark ascended?

I learned how to use this.

This is copied from the description here, add it to the file and alter as needed

[CraftingMovementSpeedPenalty]
SpeedMultiplier=0.55

Author gives these details:
Walking Speed: 0.55
Running Speed 1.0
No Movement: 0.000001

If you use a value of 0, it will simply use the default value, in this case 0.55.

Where is the ini data? Mod does not work for me.

Which INI do we edit? GAME or GAMEUSERSETTINGS ?

@canned beverage 0.275 I think.

I really like the idea of this mod. Do you know what value would get you vanilla speed, just for a reference?
