as when i got ot make something for some enviro i tend to have some place i can design it in thats still feasable like for exanple, i used the back deck and cargo entry of the armory maps red ship to make my void dragon miner *i may drop her in workshop with some merged blocks so it can be just kit bashed together. now i want to do just that. :P its the klang vonerable tail i am trying to figure out for a long time but i just got a simple idea

now this is the type of structure i would use for open air building, as i like ot have soem atmo for building. even if i have to rip it away from offical maps :P for set themes i tend to abuse make them useful or partly my own

Hello, I have a question. I would like to use this type of elevator in a ship I am currently working on. When I tried the elevator for the first time it climbed up and tried to continue right through the roof. How do you tell the elevator it has reached the top of your garage or bottom? Do you use a timer block to stop it based on calculated time?

dang again another multigrid build aka just copy and past it in the world since building it yourself doesnt work there is no multigrid projector out that works and thats shade

Putting Small grid blocks near large one you can experience ghosting (blocks will clip inside walls and explode)
That is a sad truth of SE
Game never liked to have small blocks as part of wall.
Rotors alone have microshake issue and that render your reation as a clang bomb.

Looks interesting but using subgrids by hidden rotors is only good for singleplayer / concept.
I like the supports, adds feel more realism, but it is done in Clang way...
That thing will explode if i toggle subgrid damage...

Kam - The elevator is a self-contained system, should be able to paste it onto another build and it would work the same, you would just have to adjust the stop timer for how high your track is. The settings for pistons and timer delay can be grabbed off the BP
