Well then the drop rate must be super rare because none of my boss battles have dropped one and it isn't listed in the build turret options at a factory in my new play through. My play through when i downloaded the mod was in the lead up to assaulting 0.0 and it did show in my turret factory build menu.

Yeah, I think that it would be waaay outta scope. You don't have to worry about it. I am more interested in new and exciting guns. This beam was a blessing (alongside the cruise missile turret and torpedo production mods)

I already use it. The dmg is maintained with each turret, but the accuracy is bad at even mid range. I believe that this is because the AI aims for the "selected box" for enemy ships... so if there is a long ship with a thin profile (a lot of the large ships are like this), then there is a lot of space in that targeted box which the AI is shooting at which will do no dmg.

Yay. I enjoy it... but it makes a lot of enemies pretty trivial.

Is there a way that you know of which makes auto-aim turrets actually hit targets? I can only generally use fast firing guns or missiles as auto-weapons because at least 80% of the ai shots hit at ranges greater that 10.00

the shield pen varies but it can get up to 90% i believe

Would you ever consider making another version of this that functions like a UNSC MAC cannon? Basically a giant oversized railgun that fulfills the same "wreck bosses" potential this great gun has? But with one large shot trail?

Does this work with the "advanced turret factory" mod? Namely, do legendary asgard beam turrets created from aformentioned factory actually do dmg?

I just want to confirm...
