you can either find a teleporter in a shellguard outpost that leads to the HQ or craft the guard mart then buy the teleporter from it at a tier 3 inventor's table

ngl, if it had white paint it would look like something the Empire would probably build. For now, reminds me of those spider walkers but with guns on the side instead of bottom and top

"C.R.A.B. assembly station" I believe, an easy way to check it out is to use SIP and the shellguard SIP addon

It's separate from the modular mechs, you have to complete the main shellguard story and part of the ironwatch story to get one then once you get it, all parts are free to customize at its assembly table
