awesome mission, as a fan of the tv show and this game and the magnificent author, i dare to say this mission catch the good side of all aforementioned trinity.

but if i know there will be multiple spawned jihadi human waves, i definitely would pack some claymores, which i did in the second playthrough

Hey. Here's a tip for future missions. Don't make the players have to deal with the ai. Especially if they lose the mission if he dies. I watched that ai walk every direction but where we told him to go. Ended up failing at the very end cause he chose to walk directly into the enemy fire instead of the evac.

We would have loved the mission a lot more if not for having to deal with him. Arma ai is just not good.

Another problem was at the beginning, Some of us didn't have parachutes when the plane kicked us out. Don't know what happened there. Couldn't do anything with the civilians and the game didn't register that we blew up the weapons.

Even after all that I would still like to try again at some point as it was a very cool mission with a very cool environment. You've definitely got a lot of potential.

Really good scenario. Town was really interesting. Terrain made for a really interesting approach. Enemy units placed well and not an overwhelming force, was still intense in the town. Keep them coming :)

cool mission set up and nice attention to detail with the props in the objective town, i had issues with commanding the friendly AI but other than that it was fun

on dedicated as noted below parachutes have to be equipped manually alas Frost doesnt get one. F for Frost the human pancake. Mission fails

Thanks for the mission! Have you tried it in a dedicated server? I think the parachute script doesn't work on servers. When play this in local it works perfectly, but when trying on a dedi we all eat the floor big time.

Thanks for playing and for leaving feedback! Glad you enjoyed it. Virtual Arsenal is included so that players can run any loadout using whatever addons they want, it was a request from the guy who gave me the idea for this mission. Totally up to the player to use it how they want. Freedom!

Hmm, that's odd. And they didn't change stance when ordered?

Sorry to hear it. It is not designed specifically for ACE but folks have reported not having issues when playing w/ ACE. Status access violations can happen for many different reasons, so it may not be the scenario, I haven't had one of those happen on my machine in a while, but they usually go away for me after a system restart.

Completely unplayable. Can't even launch the scenario. Closes the whole game out with a Status Access Violation error message. Is this scenario not ACE-friendly or something?

Trying to play the mission but the AI just decides to crawl? The scientist guy or whatever is the only moving on his feet. Restarted the mission twice lol

So, it seems some players may have gotten confused and ejected the C130J manually, rather than allowing the parachute script take effect. This would explain the lack of parachutes. If you equip one manually, that can work but you will have no backpack on the ground. You can still use the Virtual Armory located at the supply box at the RV point. However, Beerkan's script will spawn a parachute automatically and should load the player's backpack once they reach the ground.

I used a really simple third-party script for the para drop, so any additional addons like ACE may cause conflicts there - thanks for sharing the solution you found, it seems a couple folks had a similar issue!

i was having parachute issue at the beginning of the mission so i thought the ace could making problem. decided to change backpack to parachute in the c-130 and now it was playable. thx for reply :)
