The reason how he lowered his weapon is that its a rp server, atleast for beta or something. Hopes this answers that question.

If you can't seem to find the overlay, just press Q and search for Overlays.

Is there any way possible for this to be made to be used on servers that don't support it? It looks and feels clientside but when I attempt to use it on a server it doesn't work.
