change where it says something like survivor_gambler or what ever survivor is is. you can change the animations if you scroll all the way down. And textures are indeed in different folders. if theres any problems i can make the mod for you

i dont use 3dsmax or blender. i make these mods by using crowbar to decompile the mdl files and notepad++ to alter the code and rng bodygroups. Pretty impressive i may say

Donovan seems like the most fitting for Coach, although if possible, it would be cool if he had Coach's color palette (purple/yellow)
