Tbh it's not even that op, other than maybe nair and upair and the combo-breaking ability, he's pretty close to being balanced.

This is a fun concept, but the hitboxes on non-attack animations shouldn't deal knockback (only damage) because it's impossible to combo this character and ladder combos are super easy to do
