His backstory could be better you know, he joined the army in 70s, then left in 90s, became a bounty hunter or mercenary and then founded the bsaa in 2003, also, instead of being the older brother, he can be the older uncle of chris and jill, which fit more.

Lmao awesome, but Bill's head is way too big to fit the bodyn the body needs to be resized bigger.
Use Chris Redfiel of RE5 as reference to balance the bodyshape.
