That's what the commander is made, set up the base and push the reseach. I think what you want is a AI for groups, we have a testing AI you can use, see the lower part of the parameters to activate them.

Hi! My AI commander doesn't create squads or send anyone on a mission. He just builds a base and makes upgrades to it. Is that how it should be?

This can only happen if the distance between each nation is set to far/close in the parameter. 6 to 8 KM is the best option.

The amount of infantry has doubled, but they went into APCs if spawned. The dismount if enemy has spotted this has pros and cons. Its much less performance intensive but it locks less lively. The plan was to put teams together so vehicles have infantry support, thats why we have 1 Infantry squad + 1-2 vehicles per team. I think i recalculate the amount for lower population and may add more steps lowest to hardest. What do you think?

Hello! I agree with what has been said - it is better to increase the number of infantry and reduce the number of armored vehicles. It will be more harmonious this way.

@Maverickan Devil, well the infantry is lazy and moves in the next available APC and only disembark if enemy on sight. Thats why less infantry is found in towns. But the 'light' param is atm the lowes i have, but i rechecked them and it looks like they are less effective than excpected. There are a nother small things i've found these days, so a hotfix is needed and i can change the param calculation a bit.

Fantastic work in the mission. I am trying to play solo, and although I set the mission parameters as 'light' in occupation and independent , Every new game I meet many armored vehicles defending each point. Is there any other setting to have the enemy not to have such a strong force at game start? I am able to deal with armors, but OPFOR AI seem to have a hard time to capture even one point.

Squads are deaktivated by default, you can activate them under the debug/testig segment in the parameters.

Thanks for answer, I've tried to give them unit but don't rly found out if that's possible, maybe via Zeus ? Also I've tried to give them some cash, but I did't saw any other Squad in "Teams" menu

Mostly depends on server fps, if lower than 20 AI is very slow. Or the AI havn't enough money to hire the units the want. And the Squad only start moving if the have fully replenished (max amount squad units set in parameters). As a commander you can reset the squad if its bugged and/or buy them some units to fill it to max. Thats the most points squads are waiting.

We found a 2nd thing that can make this strage explosion bug in some case. Don't use the continue button for loading the mission if you have the mission save method active, it loads all units twice!

So looking into the problem it appears to be due to a mod conflict. I disabled all my mods and the problem disappeared. IDK which mod it is but I will try to find it.

You can only setup the amount of spawning groups, but not what kind of troops spawn, this is set by the SV a town has. Higher SV more vehicles will spawn, but the overall spawn is planned to completely rewrote and rebalance.

There is also a comment about neutral forces in the cities. Don't you think that the ratio of infantry and armored vehicles is unbalanced? Or is there some way to increase the number of infantry and reduce the number of armored vehicles?

Hi, this mission has no fasttravel yet, you can only set the respawn distances higer than normal and use the respawn.
