This one gets close to that but I don't want the increase chance of getting a pedestal, I just want fly only rooms to be replaced.

The fact that they're showing up on the main path now is troublesome, I'll look into it.

I had found in that stage a secret room with a bed surrounded by rocks on the left and an item pedestal also surrounded, on the right. It had a mushroom item and upon rerolling it I obtained the R key but just kind of left it there for later, exited the room and saved.
As far as I know this isn't something I can fix, as it appears to be an issue with how the game itself loads modded rooms on the alt path.

Saving and continuing when a non-vanilla secret room existed on the floor would invariably cause a crash, regardless of whether it had been entered or not.
Alt path secret room layouts have been removed, and I'm sorry for any trouble they may have caused.
I believe Corrupted Data is supported as the rooms have the same " random collectible" object that standard layouts do, but I have not been able to verify this myself as it's an extremely rare occurrence regardless.

They could not appear on alt path, and I hadn't noticed this.
I've updated the mod to fix this issue, and added unique layouts for each alt path floor.
In my initial testing before release I had 41 items show up out of a sample size of 200, which for my target rate of ~20% was acceptable.
After reading your post however, I did another 200 and this time I got a total of 55 which is indeed too high.
It seems I didn't compensate enough when I added additional layouts, and this will be fixed in the next update.
In regards to a fork, If more people request it after the fix I will consider it.

I like that this mod adds variability (the new layouts of secret rooms are cool), but I don't want to oversimplify the game. I would not increase the total chance above 15%.
Can you create a fork of this mod with less chance of spawning?
