the mod worked fine for a day, but now when I have it on it just prevents any music from playing

the soundtrack menu mod already comes pre-installed with the antibirth music if that's what you mean

@YinKomæda There already are mods that add that to song the game, but like Revalopod said: it isn't a Repentance song, this mod adds only Repentance music.

If you like, I can work on a music mod compatible with the Soundtrack Mod that adds Antibirth music, if that doesn't already exist.

You can play repentance on mac with crossover, it'll take a bit, i found a small tutorial on reddit if you want i can link it to you
