11'6" Clearance? bummer, it'll take out my RV's air conditioner. I'm 11'7"... Great station, but I can't use it...lol

i'm not aware of the mod. if it allows you to convert regular buildings into a gas station the probably yes.

martin it's a growable. if you play without mods, the building will spawn randomly. if you have plop the growable and find it, you can manually plop the building.
