It's only 7.62 NATO, so I think it would work better as a Scout replacer than an AWP.

Step 2: Press Tilde (`) below escape (must enable developer console on settings)
Step 3: Sv_Cheats 1
Step 4: give sniper_awp
Step 5: Enjoy

You likely have a script installed. Un-sub from it and restart your game.
