Yeah, I removed all my mods and content, but I still lurk and download. Tom literally threw me to the FNF lynch mob who were sending me death threats and harassing me to save his own skin and publicly slandered me. That's how the head staff all operate. Burn anyone who speaks out to save their own asses.

I don't allow my work to be posted or shared on GB now, and a lot of people in the Source groups I associate with also followed suit by purging their content and accounts. It was a huge shitshow a few months ago, and it burned a lot of trust people had in the site.

I worked with it long enough to tell you with absolute certainty that the site is a trainwreck both in the client-facing UI, and even worse on the back-end server stuff.

jeez, ill still download tf2 mods tho, not gonna talk to any mods now tho.

There's much, much more but that's just some of the gist. I was there and witnessed the cult of elitism the site staff have daily. The rules even explicitly state favouritism is allowed and encouraged on the site.

- Tom threw me under the bus to save his skin from a lynch mob, despite me being the literal most active staff member.
- I was staff for about 2 years, and the entire leadership is a cult of cronyism.
- The site back-end is a complete disaster and Tom refuses to listen to anyone about the numerous security holes.
- The site has so many bugs that more actually pop up every time he updates it, and nothing gets fixed or changed unless something serious happens.
- Several staff are extremely transphobic and go on tangents about how trans people don't deserve rights. High staff said this was acceptable behavior.
