i already edited it the main.lua so that it doesnt allow the scythe/sumptorium to work, i just think it would be a helpful addition to the mod

This mod is mostly just a port of the antibirth mechanic, plus I've already explained the reasoning behind it.

There's also other issues like not being able to remove the mom transformation, or having to manually detect the knife source and remove the item and all that, which is a hassle.

it'd be fair if you got to lose mom's knife, since you get to skip all the alt path

Had the Guppy transformation and Mom's Knife, then forgot about the second knife piece. This mod saved my run!

I mean if you took the time to watch the 19 second showcase, you'd know you don't lose mom's knife, lol.

It would be possible, and really easy, but it makes no sense, lol. I only added the scythe since it requires mom's knife, and Sumptorium because it is a unique interaction that you can only access when being at half a heart as Tainted Lilith.

Unless the unlockable Sumptorium works differently, in which case I should probably revise the mod.
