One minute has been tested and it's possible to get all the objectives in that time limit. It's recommended you beat campaign before attempting this so you have all the tools.

Yeah most likely no, I’m not sure if LandOwl is active anymore in Teardown, let alone on steam. And landowl did the architecture for these maps. North Yankton depot might eventually come to fruition but it’ll be a very big maybe
