This mod is now updated - And it also patches scenarios, so it does not break when trying to open and edit Crashlander Scenario, or any of the others.
If they do, let me know which causes issue, and i'll try my best to fix.

I have yet to look into supporting more DLCs. A lot of work to do on that. Will do later ;)

There is a button on the bottom left of the screen that turns that list into "categories" instead, and thus you kind of remove all those. I HIGHLY recommend you learn to use that. I forgot what the button is called.

If memory serves right, the icon looks like a thick line with several smaller lines under it.

It's the only way i know off.
I don't know why they appear on the list even when you don't have the leather.
If i knew how, i would have done something about that a long time ago.

Also i don't play Rimworld any more. I Might return to it at some point. but right now i don't feel even mildly inclined to so. Total burnout.

good mod but any way to remove the long list of colored leathers on the left screen of the screen please? I got zero of each and still all displayed

Not all items allows you to make them out of certain materials.

Charge Rifle comes as is, vanilla.
Mine deducts a few resources (plasteel if i remember right) and adds Stuffed materials.
Like now i can make the weapon with gems, OP-G Leather, Glittertech materials or something else and get the benefits from the material.
This will buff the stats of the weapon, should the material used, have buffs that actually would improve the weapons statistics.
Range, damage etc...

I'm trying to understand what you mean by 'stuffed/stuffable', especially in relation to base game items.

So I love this mod, but it seems like the materials for Flak Pants and Flak Jackets are all leathers and cloths?

I'm unable to spawn/create/make any using the metals in my game. Just wanted to find out if that was by design and i didnt notice or somethigns a bit messy in my game

Well, technically there is a few mods out there - i made this mod to go well with my OP-G mod... but i separated it so people was not forced to get both in one package :P

Seems to be a bit hit and miss with ranged. An assault rifle didn't do much but it did make quite a difference to the cool down and other stats of a charge lance

It depends on materials - and in the case of ranged weapons they aren't affected much. But melee weapons are as if Hermes, the god of speed, made them. They KILL... FAST!

Maybe - Not sure it's kind to pre-existing items that will be stuffable. Make a backup save, and try. If it tosses errors at ya, then don't use the mod until your next playthrough... all i can really tell ya.

Oh, as j was searching for Craftable Eltex stuff, i came across this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2555543758 It appears it does it better then my current mod - So you can choose to keep subbed and keep using this mod, OR you can switch over to the other mod.

HOWEVER, i don't know if you can safely replace the mod mid game... be mindful of that...
Best option: Make a backup save, and experiment. - if it breaks, just switch back.

This mod will get something that goes a wee bit beyond the scope of the mod;

The uranium slug turret and the Autocannon turret will get a small patch to make 'em stuffed as well.

Nothing grand, but I want to make use of my OP-G Leather's boost in HP, and those turrets are in dire need of it, the break WAY to soon.

So so expect an update one of the next few days.

I've heard of SNS, I'll probably give it a try next game. Your materials aren't really absurd like Archotech Expanded mats but still have a probably-permanent place in my modlist just because of the utility they add.

I do believe SNS (Science never Stops) mod actually has a material that is actually way more OP then even mine.

I wanted mine to be OP, but not destructive :P

Yeah I don't care about balance either, I'm trying your mod and two others to see if they have materials more absurd than Archotech Expanded's Attomachinery. I'm just seeing how far it can go at this point.

OP-G Stands for "OverPowered Gameing" which is the name of my main mod for Rimworld, That comes with a material that is OP and Stuffed Arms and Armor was made with that mod in mind.

It's why it's called OP-G Stuffed Arms n Armor

You don't need OP-G, but it's advised - Just know that OP-G is a cheat mod.

To repeat what i wrote in the description:
" I'm not at all concerned about balance. It was not the goal of this mod.

Not 100% what I had hoped, but I'm not uninstalling it or anything.
Attomachinery Assault Rifle (Legendary)
16 Damage, 0.5 Stopping Power, etc, etc...
222.75 Melee DPS, 200% Melee Armor Penetration.
Yep, that's Attomachinery alright...
So, got a material to go with this that affects ranged stats?

Been working on this a bit on and off - gotten interrupted like mad for the last couple of days because i'm visiting my mother.

When ever i visit her, i don't get much done, modding wise, because i rarely get to focus.
Always something going on... my mother can't sit still for 5 stinking minutes! :D

It should, yes.
It only patches the core armors and weapons to make the stuffed and removes the "ColorGenerator" script thingy. So yeah...

IT should work.
Try just load the retextures AFTER this mod, and you should be golden ^_^

My material from my OP-G Mod adds some VERY powerful material that, if used for items that is stuffable, makes them VERY powerful. Weapons, armor that sort of thing.

With this mod just means i won't need to go look for other mods that adds custom armors or the like. I can use what the game comes with and enjoy core/royalty items with no problem.

@Madmatt88 Stuffable means that it can be made out of various materials. The reason why things may be stuffable is to either allow the item to be made from other resources(might have something better than Steel for a suit of armour) than intended or for better stats(Sharp Damage/resistance, Heat/Cold insulation, etc.)

To be honest: Trying to balance things is a NIGHTMARE!

But here is the fun detail you might forget, 5katz.
This changes weapons for EVERYONE.
enemies and players alike. Sooo... yeah they will hurt me just as much as i'll hurt them.

"It's a two way street" in this regard. So you could say that by that detail alone, there is a partial balance happening here. but only partially.

Have to say, even if its an unbalanced mod, this is the first time i've seen any mod introduce stuffed ranged weapons of industrial tech and above, great job!
