yeah bought it and still got it when you open the ticket you wil recieve the items automaticaly

I bought premium ticket from steam community market but i didn't get any items.. So a premium ticket holder will not get stretch goal rewards?

I did everything, mailed ESL, tried to contact Valve support, forums... That's not a free set, I paid for it, so please, gimme my set or my money back... A lot of people have bought that compendium yesterday and got the set! Someone help us! We feel treated.

It's not about how ESL treat their supporters, it's valve's problem. OP already said it is up to valve to make the decision
