Unfortunately can't load the map - the console outputs an error:
"CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: 'maps/gm_studio_apartment.bsp' is not a valid BSP file"

Something to do with the doors seems to be broken.

prop_door_rotating 'models/props_downtown/door_interior_112_01.mdl' has a base specified as 'Door.Standard', but there is no matching entry in propdata.txt.

There is a simple fix,enable "other entities" and done,you can see the entrance door.

It's supposed to imply that that is the door to the rest of the building. It's intentional.
