@HvyMetal, from your screenshots it looks like you only have CWR maps installed, and not the main mod itself. I don't see this listed https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2316343124

Everything else works fine, with the exception of Ground Attack. So if no idea may as well uninstall it. It did look rather good.

In my case, everything is ok. Are you loaded all dependence mod for CWR?
