There used to be a mod for animations removal xD but never got updated

It also helps people know what is even happening, if you take away animations special use cases like metronome or echo chamber etc. Things I haven't thought of, could cause issues with no longer notifying the player visiually.

Animation removal caused some bugs but you may see that in the future

Just what I was looking for, since I'm not interested in mods that give me an advantage, just quality of life stuff. :)
