If you have 1080p give it a try as I made some tweaks for better performance too. Some report that this performs better than the game's default max settings. the performance mod.

i had 20 fps in ultra and was thinking about getting new pc but when i found this mod randomly it gave me massive fps boost like optimizing game literally im about getting 70 fps with ultra everything max ? and i cant even see difference !!! you are god sent

Yes, these are mainly the trees that pop up slightly in performace mode, but I've also minimized it here. The grass distance is also kept lower here, both of which need a little more gpu power in my normal graphic mod. I have i9 and I'm using 1080 Ti for now and for me the performance issue is not at all in the cpu, but in the video card. When I use the original Realistic Graphics Mod, my fps drops very much, maximum 50-40 fps with, almost always, about 98% of the gpu load, but when I use your Performance Mode, almost always stable 60 fps with about 40%+ of the gpu load. It should also be noted that I use about 15 other mods including 2k textures.
