Dingus 19 Jul @ 4:30pm

Awittingbooch 16 Jul @ 6:01pm
Hi, for some reason when loading with Invictus, the game always crashes as I am trying to load into the world map, even with these two being the only ones enabled it still crashes.
NevermoreSoul 16 Jul @ 8:30am
Thanks @Odin my save has back alive
Odin 16 Jul @ 2:03am
That's great - thanks so much!

For anyone else that is looking to downgrade, version 1.8 of INR is what you need for version 1.9 of Invictus. (And other versions appear to be a minor version out of step.)
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 15 Jul @ 2:40pm
I have added version for Invictus 1.9.x and 1.10.x to the Forum link.
NevermoreSoul 15 Jul @ 7:56am
The update has caused my save to have bugs. I lost my technology and territories. Can revert to the earlier version please ?
Odin 15 Jul @ 3:08am
I've been really enjoying using this with Invictus - really enhances naval strategy to be able to control river crossings and deploy deep into enemy territory!

I've been playing a 1.9.x Invictus game and note the recent 1.10.x update is save-breaking. I'm able to download an old version of Invictus from Nexus Mods but it looks like the the last available version of INR on the Paradox Forum linked in the description is 1.7. Is it possible to get the legacy version for Invictus 1.9.x please?

Amazing mod, only issue I have is that the roads in certain places like Iberia (Especially the area surrounding Toletum) are glitching like hell. Other than that good job!!!
Maria Renard(/x/) 13 May @ 9:09pm
Noticed a bug today: The port of Iscronia is placed on the territory of Confluentiana.
Spartavis 5 May @ 3:27am
Thank you so much for adressing this problem so quickly! :Birds:
sammyQc 3 May @ 11:14am
Thanks for updating this amazing mod :peace_hoi:
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 3 May @ 5:14am
Fixed, for some reason the unit and wonder locators were on the island of Anglesey.
Spartavis 2 May @ 6:17pm
All connections to Khamir (9469) are broken. Units circle the entire globe before reaching it. ID seems to be correct, so is the area file, that you've fixed some months ago.
yanivtal2003 24 Apr @ 1:53am
This might be the most useful mod in the whole community. This is a game changer
Alma_Negra 24 Mar @ 10:22pm
I love this mod but i think it makes my map a bit choppy
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 17 Feb @ 8:48am
If you want to keep sheep trade good when you upgrade to a city then put Reanimata below this. If you want to make use that upgrading to a metropolitan does not try to give my smaller size rivers civilization value then put this below Reanimata. Ultimately the best thing would to make a compatibility patch for my one change in this file and put that mod below both.
lonmzjia 17 Feb @ 8:21am
Echoing @IvanFTW's question below, what's the recommended load order with Reanimata? Thanks, love this mod!
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 5 Feb @ 3:02pm
@Lyzer_En_Espacio
This should work, I try to keep all my added rivers at the end of the province list and water doesn't have any history associated with it.
Lyzer_En_Espacio 5 Feb @ 2:12am
I know this probably isn't compatible with the IMP-CK3 Converter, but does anyone know if it maybe is? Or at least can I turn it off and keep using a save file for later conversion?? I would like to use it if I can
John Shepherd N7117 3 Feb @ 7:14pm
Dont know if the love the mod or not.
I love the way this mod reminded me of finding out in CK2 that the Danube was fleet able. It made my planning so different.

Yes, in the modern world the Netherlands can trade with the Black Sea because of the channels Germany built connecting the Danube to it for sample.

However...every fleet can use the rivers?
I can understand barbarian ships, smaller more nimble ships, but a full mediterrenean ship going up many of those rivers...

Played once with the mod, I liked it. I just wish there was a difference between culture ships.
IvanFTW 29 Jan @ 11:39pm
but what is the best load order with Reanimata, do I put it after or before? Also what exactly happens with state improvement events
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 29 Dec, 2024 @ 5:39pm
Depending on load order there might be some slight wilderness with a state improvement event.
Kevin McScrooge 29 Dec, 2024 @ 12:18pm
does this work with reanimata
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 26 Dec, 2024 @ 2:50pm
Thanks for the heads up. The areas should now be fixed.
saint.louis 26 Dec, 2024 @ 12:04pm
Same bug as @Dairy Deity. Removing the province in the file doesn't solve the problem for an old backup unfortunately. The game console will help me though.
Otherwise incredible mod.
Dairy Deity 26 Dec, 2024 @ 10:54am
removing these from the areas file fixed mona but khamir was put in the carnutia area
Dairy Deity 26 Dec, 2024 @ 10:19am
provinces of mona (9468) and khamir (9469) are incorrectly in the po_river_area while river mincio (9479) is in the arnus_river_area, literally unplayable
Rabid 14 Oct, 2024 @ 12:55pm
I love how much more useful this makes navies, great mod
Maximaaal 4 Oct, 2024 @ 8:46am
Great mod, this honestly should be in the base game already
Twiz 21 Aug, 2024 @ 10:54pm
anyways this is actually a cool mod I immediately noticed the changes when I disabled it where I was playing in Hibernia (Ireland) I actually did have one question, do you know if this is compatible with the I:R to CK3 save converter for mega-campaigns?
Twiz 21 Aug, 2024 @ 10:49pm
ok. I'm aware of the Ironman thing and had it enabled (odd that CK3 dropped that requirement but this still has it), I disabled this mod and Culture Conflation (don't even understand what that does anyways)... cause it seemed one of them was for sure disabling achievements as I tested and got the tribal law cheevo after disabling them...MAYBE it's Culture Conflation doing it and not yours or maybe Imperator achievements are just bugged? I know they're fairly messed up in Stellaris, it took me like 4 runs for some of them to pop when I shoulda got them the first time around lol...paradox gonna paradox.
CPT.Ramen 21 Aug, 2024 @ 9:48pm
in Egypt the river is so fat it actually cuts into the pyramids wonder. Just to let ya know
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 21 Aug, 2024 @ 3:25pm
@Twiz
That line is longer needed as of 2.0.4 leaving beta. Achievements in IR however still require Ironman mode enabled.
Twiz 20 Aug, 2024 @ 10:49pm
"-No Achievements(?)" yeah so I'm about 75% sure this mod still disables achievements for some(?) reason. I'm new to this game so don't have any cheevos yet but I should've gotten the conquer a city and change tribal laws achievements last night at the very least and they didn't trigger.
bennetpaul.baetcke 28 Jul, 2024 @ 1:20am
Could you add the Orontes so that Antiocheia has access to a port? Fantastic Mod. I never play without it.
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 7 Jul, 2024 @ 6:41pm
No worries, I often forget that the game will occasionally mess up in a way that requires you to delete the Invictus folder in your documents.
Omeganaut911 7 Jul, 2024 @ 6:38pm
It wasn't your fault, I had to delete the game files and re-install to get steam to actually update Invictus instead of just saying it did. I apologize for any worries, thank you for your patience.
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 7 Jul, 2024 @ 6:28pm
Those new areas in up north in the Baltic are part of the Invictus 1.8 update. If you are still using Invictus 1.7 then their is a version of INR for that on my Paradox forum thread.
Omeganaut911 7 Jul, 2024 @ 6:24pm
While I had other mods active when I was first trying, I tested with just Invictus and this INR and it still crashes when generating the map. Also, the pictures you posted have territories further north in the Baltic area than the normal Invictus map.
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 7 Jul, 2024 @ 6:16pm
That sounds like some other mod is using scripts to add ports to where they should not go.
Here are images of all provinces along a coast or major river in blues, and can build ports in green.

Snail Molester 7 Jul, 2024 @ 5:58pm
Also a completely unrelated problem; When running this mod sometimes Ports will be built in impossible locations, eventually causing a crash.
Snail Molester 7 Jul, 2024 @ 5:49pm
Getting the same problem, I'm running timeline extension ontp of it
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 7 Jul, 2024 @ 12:48pm
@Omeganaut911
I can't replicate this. What version of invictus are you running and what other mods do you also have active?
Omeganaut911 7 Jul, 2024 @ 11:36am
This mod is currently crashing whenever I try to load a save and whenever I try to start a new game at about 29% on the map generation.
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 6 Jul, 2024 @ 7:32pm
@Krisburg
Your are right. It looks like I missed a pair of files when I was doing my update. This should now be fixed.
Krisburg 6 Jul, 2024 @ 5:41pm
This mod seems to remove the new bloodlines adden in Invictus 1.8
Boo_Floppy 3 Jul, 2024 @ 1:38pm
Running fine with this load order:

1. Fix Scorched Earth
2. Invictus
3. INR
4. OpesVia (roads)
Boo_Floppy 3 Jul, 2024 @ 1:29pm
I've tried these successful mod combinations so far. Think the issue is mod load order for others potentially.

1. Invictus
2. INR

1. Invictus
2. INR
3. OpesVia (roads)
Festivity 3 Jul, 2024 @ 10:04am
It straight up does crash with other mods, yeah. It's one of the only ones I have besides invictus itself that updated at all recently, where it was working before. So. It's an issue here, I think.
