If you mean that the roadwheels are not painted in camo on the Panther, PzIII J&M, StuGIII, and 251 half-track, you are correct. But that isn't on me, that would be the developers. Because in newer models (PzII, Maus, King Tiger, Goliath) and updated models (Tiger), the road wheels are painted in the pattern. The same btw applies to the automatic scaling of the pattern (turret/hull/wheels) on any of the tanks.
My reference material is limited to one book on the Winter & Continuation War. However, I 'll look into it and see if I can make some decals. I only know of the white/blue/white band along the turret and that short-limbed swastika.
