Cult of Excess does not spawn at Whitepeak

cult of excess spawns when i play as VC but when i played as knights of caledor they didnt spawn in etaine

Hello any chance you can make alternate versions Weasel's "Templehof only" and "Cult of Excess only" submods? As those seem to have just recently been taken down, breaking a campaign that its only been 2 days since ive last played, which is really frustrating
