To make these NPCS use a model manipulator and change the striders/hunters original model to a arctic version

they use to be addon that includes the hunter as a npc,and diden't require anthing.but it got removed from the workshop.

You guys are so annoying with NPC's, you will get tired of them. And it's not possible to make them NPC's via LUA, because Garry didn't add a base NPC for them. Well, unless you use Model Manipulator...
