@Finwickle: I have upgraded the old mod BUT because of all the changes i´ve made and the posibility to change from/to water/heatpipes the mod has a new name. Is your question answered?

Okay, i can understand this. But what has it to do with this mod? :)

Since waterpipes are invisible and can be built irrealistic, I switched them off. Actually the pipes are consuming number of net nodes, so you can build less roads, parwasys, etc., due to the hardcore limit.

I hope that there will be a utilities DLC or a complete change in Cities Skylines 2.
