So, for some reason, this mod (or the hookshot one) give my FU+cutebound+less cute Novakids like 26 empty textures where there should be FU face brands instead. I don't expect this to be fixed but if someone is ever in a similar situation and reads this, now you know.

Neat mod, but it has a rather big flaw, you shouldn't use localAnimator.clearDrawables() in the deployment controller, the vanilla update cycle already runs it and the only thing you achieve by calling it again is making the mech's healthbar, enemy arrows and beacon arrow invisible.

Ok, so I don't know if I am just clinicly stupid, or if it's just not working for me. I have used Shift/Walk + the arrow keys multiple times. Nothing happens.

@SeNIX at the outpost, there is a shop object behind the tech guy. The codex has all the controls, including how to temporarily disable the tech while keeping it equipped. If you already read the codex, simply open the collections tab and the codex section. You can unlock the additional arm types by buying the arms at the tech shop as well.

This is an amazing mod and really helps, the arms are unmatched in close quarters cave combat. But... is there a way to turn them off? i dont want to turn on admin and unequip it manually everytime i go build or mine. Also i noticed there are more types, how do i get them?

Yes,the ones that appear during mech exploration in space,usually a green one pointing at the target ship,and red ones at incoming enemies
Those indicators vanish when i have the tech on last time i checked

So,i seem to have isolated and found a bug with this mod:
If i have this tech equipped,even in a previous back up,arrows during mech sequences are seemingly entirely disabled.

I have no idea why,and would doubt its caused by a conflict of sort,as the only mech-related mods i have are just additional mechs.

I could also use the tech perfectly fine in space when it was first released too...

Shotgun was allowed to be spam fired on purpose, also my bad for the sounds, but that one I can't do much for (I think, will check still).

great mod. though, i have 1 issue with it: the arms (specifically the gun ones) are rather loud. also, the shotgun arm can be rapid fired, not sure if this is intentional or not

This is really well down, however would it be possible to make them fold or somehow become less visible when disabled (entirely for aesthetic reasons, gotta make characters look nice)

this mod wasnt made with balance in mind so i could probably make a left and right version respectively of the shotgun and minigun
also making the arms use energy sounds like a good idea but at the same time if you actually use the arms properly you would just have no energy all the time and using the arms would feel really sluggish so i opted for a separate resource system to keep the full integral coolness of the tech
worst case scenario, you can make a mod that patches the scripts to consume energy instead of their usual resource
