For some reason, my colonists cannot deliver water bottles to prisoners. Not sure if this is intentional but there is a risk of them dying of thirst as a result.

As an idea, you could add a "waiting for bathroom to be free" behaviour that makes pawns wait outside of the bathroom but relatively close when they need to go. Otherwise bathrooms are reserved by people half-way across the map and the whole thing is very inefficient.

This is so much better than the No Water No Life mod, however I wish it had the raw water/boiled water aspect for realism and immersion.

Can you add compatibility with vanilla expanded drinks?

Having a issue with infants not being able to increase their thirst bar which then results in them dying

Like all of Dubs work, this is intuitive, charming and adds a lot of enjoyment to the experience of watching more realistic pawn behavior. I wonder, why don't pawns drink beer, tea or wine when thirsty?

@Krause I play with Medieval Vanilla and yeah it seems to work fine.

However,
@Dubwise, the creating stacks of bottled water doesn't seem to be an option at the primitive well? Pawns can use it to wash and such, but you can't get bottled water from it. The bath tub however is an infinite supply of water bottles...made me chuckle...

is this compatible with the medieval mod where theres only medieval research and such

@Agamez XD thats the dumb thing nobody has made a workaround: androids DO have a bioreactor to keep their batterys charged until you have a charge pod, then you can just switch tem to use pure eletric power...but nothing negates their apparent need to STILL drink water despite their not SUPPOSED to need water, as they are ROBOTS

for caravans its easier to just take a water butt, you can also right click on any fixture to create stacks of water

Hey dubs, is there a bill that allows us to stock up water bottles? Especially for pawns on caravans, i have pawns have thirst problems because they run out of water on caravans.

Yeah i downloaded it and figured that out, thanks for having that configuration stuff in a more easily editable form than XMLs. got sick of that configuring Ark servers.

you can do that with the full version, just disable the hygiene and bladder needs and enable survival mode

Any chance for a version with solely thirst mechanics? I think a version with water pumps, water storage and thirst would be my ideal as it would make desert maps more interesting to manage. because unless I'm misinterpreting something, this patch for the lite version would just have magical water dispensers.
not sure if the lite or the full version can be edited/configured in the settings to accomplish this.

Thanks for the lite version! Bad hygiene is already a must have for me and I've loved playing with the thirst mechanics, so I don't see myself using this one but I know it'll be a good fit for others. It adds so much more immersion!

Thanks for the mod. I noticed that the icon for water bottles in the inventory is that of the waterskin, even if the tech level is higher and normal water bottles are picked up.
