This addon is combined with the original headcrab on kill, i.e. the usual headcrab will fall when the NPC dies.

Hmm, that is okay, I am sorry. I know that you did not create the addon, the only reason I ask is because the original addon that you linked does include a version of the model that uses the original headcrab.
