Energy weapon build costs need a tweak, 0 supplies currently, thanks for the bridge :)

Not sure why, but the Energy tier axes are buildable for me for 0 supplies

great, I love that mod but ended up deactivating because it just clogged the inventory. Now there's some gameplay to it, thanks
